Changing your beliefs

To starts your journey on challenging yourself, first you will need to change your beliefs about what you want, what you need and what you must to do to achieve your goal.

Exemple;

“It’s very hard to change and I fell that I can probably fail on trying it!”

Is it a very strong affirmation right?

To change it to;

“Change is very hard but I can do it with hard work, discipline and determination!”

You have to go deeply inside your beliefs.

Exemple;
